Starting from the vibrant city of Vancouver and extending to the exotic beauty of Puerto Vallarta, my wife Bonnie and I have been deeply involved in the real estate field since the mid-1980s. I received my education at the University of BC, specializing in Urban Land Economics and Finance, and have shaped my professional journey around real estate innovation and leadership.

My real estate journey began with my firm, previously associated with Sotheby's International Realty. Later on, it transformed into the first Coldwell Banker franchise in Mexico in 1998, which has now grown to include more than 100 offices nationwide.

Beyond real estate, I am actively engaged in the community, supporting initiatives such as Toys-4-Tots and the Becas Vallarta Foundation. The latter, the oldest foundation in Puerto Vallarta, has provided significant scholarships to deserving students over the years. In the industry, I've served as the past President of the Puerto Vallarta Chapter of AMPI, played a pivotal role as a founding member of MLS Vallarta, achieved certification as a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Professional, and gained membership in The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

My strategic understanding of marketing and sales has played a crucial role in the growth of the high-end property market along the South and North Shores of the Bay of Banderas. This path led me to the esteemed Punta Mita Resort, where I refined my skills as Director of Sales from 2001 to 2008. After that, I returned to my roots at Coldwell Banker La Costa, taking ownership of offices in Marina Vallarta, Olas Altas, Punta Mita, and Sayulita. Recently, Coldwell Banker La Costa has consistently ranked as the number one agency in Mexico for Coldwell Banker in terms of Gross Commission Income and the number of closed transactions for the past two years.

My reputation as an experienced negotiator speaks for itself, with a track record of over 1000 notarized transactions spanning from $100,000US to over $30,000,000US in value. My unique blend of knowledge and negotiation skills enables me to adeptly navigate the complex terrain of real estate, driving my success and solidifying my position as a prominent figure within the industry.
